FAQ: How do I update the details in my online account

A user can update the password, email address and their contact and mobile phone numbers in the My Details section.

They can change the billing address for the Account info or Settings tab.

They can raise a query for a change of supply address:

Reason for your query: Change of Address/Leaving the property

Tell us more about the query: ‘Update supply address details’ or ‘My address is wrong’

There is no way to ask to change the contact’s name or business name.

The name on the bill is the business name.

There is no way within the portal to request new accounts to be added without contacting us

Within the portal, you can raise a query by selecting the reason for the query as 'Other' and also selecting 'Other' in the providing more details field. Once you have done this, you will need to type the nature of your query in the description field before submitting the form.
