FAQ: How can I get help with my water account? 

If you can’t find the help you need in our advice and guidance section, there’s lots of ways you can get in touch with us. Whether you prefer to give us a call, use live chat or send us a direct message, we believe in the human touch, so you’ll always get a response from a real person.

Whichever way you choose to speak to us, it’s useful to have your account details to hand, as you’ll need to answer some data protection questions so that we can be sure we’re talking to the right person.

When you chat with us, you’ll always speak to a member of our customer experience team. You can use the live chat facility which you’ll find in the bottom right of every webpage, or you can send us a message through iMessage, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp or Instagram. Visit our profile or find a link on our contact page. Our team are available to help between 09:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday.

If you’ve got an online account you can log in and send us a message by raising a query, which our team will respond to by email. If you need some guidance, watch our video.
